Security Statement

Data resulting from your use of the SecureSheet Technologies, LLC website and the service is stored on servers located in the United States. We use procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy, including encryption, “firewalls” and Secure Socket Layers. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by other users of the Service and unauthorized third parties. User IDs and passwords are part of our security protections, and each user is responsible for the protection of their User ID and password. Despite our commitment to the protection of data, no security measure is foolproof, and there can be no guarantee that our security measures will be completely effective.

SecureSheet’s Internal Controls and Processes have been verified in an independent SOC 2 Type 2 Audit performed  by KirkpatrickPrice.  A SOC 2 audit provides an independent, third-party validation that a service organization’s information security practices meet industry standards stipulated by the AICPA. During the audit, a service organization’s non-financial reporting controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system are tested. The SOC 2 report delivered by KirkpatrickPrice verifies the suitability of the design of SecureSheet’s controls to meet the standards for these criteria.
